We use standard export carton box, with inner bubble bags, or form boards, and corner protectors to protect our shower doors and bathtubs from damage during delivery.

We conduct a self-inspectioin with high quality standard on raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. Our products are qualified to pass the third party test like UL, BV, TUV, SGS etc.
Firstly we make sure to totally understand your requirements and make draft drawing design accordingly, after confirm the design we make sample first and take photos or videos to you and double confirm, samples could be sent by DHL or Fedex if need before bulk production.

If the sample unit price is low, it’s free, like spare parts or aluminum profile small samples, otherwise if full set and too high will need to pay, but we will refund it once you place order in the future.

Yes you can. Only if the RMB is from abroad, it’s ok. Then both of us would avoid the USD rate fluctuation during cooperation, and price would be more steady.
